If we didn’t get snow in the winter when I was a kid, I would be disappointed. The grown-ups didn’t mind a snow free winter once in a while. I understand now, but it is still exciting to see moderate snow and ice. The ice in this picture formed in a seasonal creek that is dry in the summer.
Something documented in the Bible that is heartwarming in all seasons is God’s forgiveness.
In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God’s grace that he lavished on us.
Ephesians 1:7,8
Some people debate how good a person has to be to earn the right to heaven. Fortunately, Jesus made it possible to rely on his goodness and not our own. All we need to do is ask and rely on God’s strength to move forward.
