I saw this birdhouse a couple of weeks ago and thought it was quite interesting because it looks like the entryway required some modifications. Apparently, the original opening was too small for whatever bird chose to make this a home!
I thought about Jesus saying that He was going to prepare a place for us where we can live with Him. The verses don’t actually specify but I’m pretty sure that if He is going to the trouble of preparing a place for us, the place will be custom made and modifications won’t be required!
Jesus said, “Don’t let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God, and trust in me. There are many rooms in my Father’s house; I would not tell you this if it were not true. I am going there to prepare a place for you. After I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me so that you may be where I am.
